Arcade

Inspired by Caine's Arcade on You Tube, we had a Recycle Fair where students used recycled items to make arcade games.  Here are pictures of students in our class with their games.

My Plate

Miss Mendiola taught the kids about how people get energy. They learned about the My Plate guide to eating healthy.

Math Centers-Clocks

 

 

This week we practiced telling time in math centers.  We had four centers: clock work with the teacher, play a game with Miss Mendiola, clock hunt (hunt around the room for clocks and record the time) and computers.

 



Bendaroos

In reading, we used Bendaroos to practice our unit 12 words.

Lucky Charms Graphing

We have been working on graphing in math class.  Here we are graphing the marshmallows in Lucky Charms.
